Refund Policy

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information input by purchaser

  • Refunds are available for 10 working days if reason is based on defects not stated on our side.

  • For our refund policy, defected items will be deems as products with defects that cannot be spotted in our pictures, goods with holes, tears/rips, stains (that are bigger than 20 cents coin), wrong product delivered subjected reasonable to us

  • Goods that will not be refunded are minor defects which are products with loose threads, minor pinholes, colour run from purchaser’s washing and minor tears.

  • Refunding of products would require customers to return the product back to us. We will not reimburse mailing cost. For local refunds, we recommend consumers to head down to our physical store to process the item.

  • Our products sold are vintage and second-hand. Please understand that items may not be in new condition. We will do our best to state any visible defects

  • Stripe refunds will take 5-8 working days depending on purchaser’s bank.
